RETURNS & REFUNDS
Jay and Silent Bob Deliver offer returns on all full-price merchandise for U.S. customers within 14 days of the delivery date with the exception of Autographed Items. To initiate a return, please email customer support firstname.lastname@example.org. In the subject box, please label it as a return with your order number. In the email itself, include your name, your order number, and the description of the item you are returning, as well as the reason for the return. We will then respond with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number that must be placed on the outside of the box. It will also include the shipping address to where the items are to be sent. It is highly recommended that you return your items to us via a shipper who can provide tracking. We cannot be responsible for items lost or not received and cannot give any credit for such items.
Please ensure any items that you are returning are unworn and unwashed with tags still attached along with the original packing slip. Jay and Silent Bob Deliver reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our return requirements.
Once your return is delivered, please allow 2-3 business days for us to inspect and process the return. Once your return is processed, you will receive an email notification confirming your refund. Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to show on your original form of payment. Shipping is non-refundable.
Jay and Silent Bob Deliver accept International returns. All fees are the responsibility of the customer.
Items purchased on our online store cannot be returned to Jay & Silent Bob's Secret Stash in Red Bank.
Jay and Silent Bob Deliver does not offer exchanges on International orders.
All items marked "final sale" may not be returned or exchanged.
Jay and Silent Bob Deliver does not allow returns for autographed items except in the case of defects.
